Lomond currently manages approximately £2.5 billion of assets in the UK residential market.
Lomond has acquired 31 businesses in the sector since November 2010 and now manages assets in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham and Brighton. Lomond are currently targeting a number of attractive new private rental markets in England, in addition to continuing to acquire in existing regions. Lomond’s target regions include Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, Oxford, Reading and London.
